Lovely 2 bedroom apartment with AC, Fibre Optic WiFi, fantastic large communal swimming pool and garden area, walking distance to the beach, supermarkets, shops, town centre and various attractions!!
Situated in the popular "Pueblo el Jardin" complex in Benalmadena this apartment has air conditioning (hot & cold), Fibre Optic WiFi internet, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (sleeps 4), comfortable lounge, south facing private balcony and full bath/shower room.
The complex has a huge swimming pool with lovely gardens, perfect for sunbathing whilst the kids swim - totally enclosed within the community so safe for families! The location is excellent as well, just a 10 minute walk to the beaches, large cheap supermarkets walking south, or you can walk north/north-east into the town of Arroyo de la Miel with loads of restaurants and shops, or attractions such as the weekly markets, Tivoli Amusement Park, Paloma (natural) Park reserve or Selwo Marina dolphin park!
The apartment is an easy 15 to 20 minute drive from Málaga Airport. The train service stops in nearby Arroyo de la Miel (2 minute taxi drive away) meaning that hire cars are not 100% required!
Available to rent year round for short stay (minimum 5 nights) but also available for longer winter rentals at discounted monthly rates between October and May/June each year. The longer your stay, the lower the nightly rate!
Full and sole use of the whole apartment for the duration of your stay. Use of the communal pool.
Your Dream Home have an office in nearby Fuengirola and with our in-house rental team including cleaning and maintenance staff, will not only prepare the house for your arrival, but are on hand to assist with any emergencies you may encounter during your stay providing peace of mind!
This apartment is in a fantastic location between Benalmadena beach and the town centre of Arroyo de la Miel, both walking distance, meaning there is no need to have a hire car when staying here. There is a lot to do in the area, from enjoying a nice tapas, meal, drink in the town centre at one of the hundreds of great restaurants and cafes, to sunbathing or taking a stroll down the sandy beaches, or going with the family to one of the fantastic attractions like the dolphin park or amusement parks! There is something for everyone here.
The apartment is walking distance from the train station at Arroyo de la Miel. This is linked to Málaga Airport terminals (easy, cheap and comfortable way to arrive after your flight) but also all the major coastal towns between Málaga and including Fuengirola. You also have everything you need walking distance - shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants.
