Recently incorporated for Summer 2023, we are pleased to offer this sea view apartment on the 2nd floor of Colinas Del Faro. The property consists of a living/dining area that leads to a balcony with sea views. There is a double bedroom, a bathroom with bath/shower and a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine. There is a double sofa bed in the living room to accommodate up to 4 people. Free WiFi and television available. In front of the apartment there is a large communal swimming pool with plenty of lawn area to enjoy. The pool is open during the summer months from June to September. The Colinas De Faro restaurant is a short walk away and there is also a shortcut to the beach at the end of the street. A perfectly peaceful location for everyone to enjoy, close to the main bus route to La Cala De Mijas and Fuengirola.

It was lovely! It was my first time visiting Malaga. This place was the perfect spot to visit the province and easy to access all points of interest, located mid-way between Marbella and Malaga. Driving to and from was easy. Within 2 blocks walking distance, there is a nice restaurant Colinas del Faro with a tasty local cuisine meals and a small supermarket. Every morning I woke up to a wonderful view of the sea, while hearing birds chirping, which made having breakfast and coffee on the terrasse a delight. The apartment is nicely decorated with a vacation vibe. Plenty of storage for your clothes and personal belongings. Whether you want to chill (or even get some work done on your laptop!) on the terrasse, in front of the TV, or on the kitchen table, it's all comfortable and feels like home. The pool area was relaxing, great for sunbathing, practising yoga on the grass, playing ball with kids or swimming in the pool. As a single female traveler, I felt safe in the area. Elenora was very quick and helpful in answering my questions before and during my stay." |
