This is the perfect apartment if you like to enjoy a relaxing holiday but be close by to all amenities. The apartment is on the ground floor with one bedroom. The terrace includes a dining area, glass curtains allow you to enjoy the winter sun. Doors open out onto a small communal garden shared by 2 apartments. Fully air conditioned, complete with WIFI and TV package. Sofa bed available for an additional 2 guests. To the rear of the apartment is a fabulous sized swimming pool and gardens which is open all year.4
Riviera Del Sol is situated close to the fishing village of La Cala De Mijas. There is a beautiful boardwalk that you can walk in either direction to La Cala De Mijas or Cabopino. This fantastic golf apartment has direct views over the Miraflores Golf Course. The apartment is very spacious with a large lounge and fantastic glass curtain balcony for extra space. There is a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedroom, 1 double with ensuite bathroom and a further twin and another bathroom. There is a shared pool in the community to enjoy during the summer months.
The apartment is located in upper Riviera del Sol, you are a short distance from the local shops, restaurants and bars. Riviera Del Sol is situated between La Cala De Mijas and Calahonda where there is a fantastic boardwalk you are able to join at any point and walk in either direction. Bus services run in either direction to Fuengirola or Marbella. The property has free wifi and full international television package. Car hire is recommended as the property as it is located up a hill. Long stays welcome in the winter please contact us for discounted rates. Ideal for families, couples, friends and golfers being right on top of the Miraflores golf resort and all the other outstanding courses along the Costa Del Golf (Sol)

Very nice and new appartment with a great location to the sea.
Even if the apartment doesn't have a parking spot you can easily park right on the entrance with always enough space even in high season.

The apartment is very spacious, modern, airy and well equipped with a large balcony overlooking the sea. It’s very safe as it’s on a gated complex with shops that are not too far away. The small swimming pool is a short walk from the apartment and thsee more
