The property has lounge/diner, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, 2 bedrooms (double and twin) sharing a bathroom. Free wifi is available and a TV with free Netflix for guests use.
There is air conditioning in the master bedroom and a portable unit that can be used for other rooms.
The property is located within walking distance of local bars, shops and restaurants and a 25 minute walk to the beach. The La Zenia Boulavard shopping centre is 20 minutes walk away. Local golf courses are a short drive away.
The accommodation is all on one level which is the first floor, accessible from the outside stairs on the property. However there is a patio and garden area downstairs.
The communal swimming pool is open all year for guests.
A car parking space is available inside the complex (car is not necessary due to location) There are local bus stop close by.
Murcia San Javier airport is just 20 minutes away and Alicante airport 40 minutes
