The villa is all on one level and retains many traditional features, especially in the living room and large entrance hall. The villa also includes a fully equipped recently renovated kitchen, 3 bedrooms: 1 double with renovated en-suite shower room, 1 twin and 1 single. There is an additional shower room from the twin bedroom and an additional bathroom.
Air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms (heat and cold), free wifi and international television are also included.
The property has superb views of the coast and countryside, and there are steps leading to an additional dining/seating area where guests can take advantage of the elevated position.
An optional apartment located next to the main villa is also available upon request. This apartment is equipped with 1 double bed and a sofa bed, small kitchen, bathroom and a small dressing room, so the main villa plus the apartment can perfectly accommodate 9 people in total.
The property has a newly renovated private pool with equally impressive views of the coast and areas to relax and eat outdoors.
There is a private sloping driveway leading to a closed parking area and there is plenty of space to park additional cars on the quiet outer street. Although car rental is recommended, there is a bus stop within walking distance that will take you to the beautiful traditional village of Mijas Pueblo or the market town of Alhaurín.
