Villa Romantica
A wonderful private villa in the heart of Torremuella on Benalmadena Costa fully modernized approximately 3 years ago this villa is nestled in a wonderful private garden scene with assorted fruit trees.
A double carport entrance leads to a manicured garden setting with swimming pool which can be heated if required for a cost of €300 per week.
Comfortable outside seating area and wonderful barbecue alfresco dining facilities with relaxing outside entertainment areas
There is a large sun roof terrace for the sun worshippers and also a view of the Mediterranean Sea
The villa has four bedrooms which all have air-conditioning two bathrooms a main bathroom with large shower and jacuzzi bath and master bathroom ensuite.
A well appointed kitchen which has all that is needed to cater for your holiday needs leads to a wonderful outside barbecue kitchen area with a dining area sheltered by grape vines. There is also a private table tennis area
Villa Romantica is located just four minutes from the train station and two minutes from the bus station which services Fuengirola, Torromolinos markets in Arroyo and large outlet Plaza Mayor with numerous shops( Zara, H&M etc) cinema, lovely restaurants and bars and a bowling alley.
A five minute walk to the sandy beach of local shops bars and restaurants at your doorstep just fill it has everything to hand
Aqua parks in Torremolinos and Fuengirola, Sealife Centre, Selwo Marina which make it a great family venue with some world class local golf courses just minutes away are just some of the activities in this area.
There is a large sun roof terrace for the sun worshippers and also a view of the Mediterranean Sea
